Can sesame chicken be frozen? Is it better to freeze it baked or raw?

Yes, I do it all the time. I prepare the chicken by frying for a minute on each side.
I prepare the sesame sauce and freeze separately.
Then on the day you want to serve it, defrost both and pour the sauce over the chicken and bake covered.
You can also pour the sauce into the chicken and freeze all together but I think it will take longer to defrost.
