She's so picky. What foods do you serve your toddler?

Somebody said on another thread that she gives bamba to her kids for supper. I don’t think it’s a bad idea. It’s protein and mostly healthy fat. Better than nothing.

Pizza
Yogurt
Cereal

Sometimes I manage to get in a peanut butter or ketchup sandwich.

Greek n crunch yogurt is a great help.

Not all picky kids like the same foods. You have to figure out what she likes. And she may like something one day, and refuse to eat it the next day.
Those are basically the only foods my toddler eats:
Challa
Pasta
Pizza
Banana
Apple
Grapes
Sometimes schnitzel if he decides he likes it
Sometimes yogurt if he decides he likes it

What does she eat?
Please try not to put her to bed without having eaten. Even a cookie or pretzels is better then nothing.

I feed my son what he will eat. Which is mainly one unique and quite expensive item. But it's food.

Please don’t put her to sleep hungry. Any food is better then no food.

Include a food with dinner that she usually eats. Honestly though some toddlers may not be that hungry at that time. It won't kill them.

I can relate my toddler has mood swings with food. One day he is so excited to have pizza and the next day he wont touch it.
I try my best to give him something healthy either a starch, protein, or veggie. If that doesnt work I let cookies or chips but not candy.

Please make sure.your poor toddler ears something even if it's not supper foods. I have some picky kids and if all else fails at least some sort of cracker, pretzel, even cookie, just so her stomach isn't empty. My picky toddler likes one type of yogurt. I buy it in bulk and she eats that is she's hungry. She is getting a bit better but still super picky. She wont touch lunch in school even if I send it. I make sure she eats every morning a yogurt plus something else usually noodles, cereal, waffles, pancakes etc. That want she isn't so hungry and if she skips lunch at least she ate something.

It also depends if she ate earlier. My 5 year old will very often just not be hungry in the evening (he's been like this since 3 and is gaining weight normally.)

My super picky toddler will eat any type of rice. Everything else is a struggle.
