Keeps calling you? Why doesn't she write down the instructions and keep them on her phone or in a notebook or whatever communication technology she is using these days?

And she should just ask the hanhala if she can buy stickers and put them on the machine, with english, so everyone will know what it says.....

DS worked in washing machines and serviced many seminaries. I told him about this thread and he said "we do have instructions in english in the seminaries and yeshivas". Guess your dds seminary uses a different company
