I always do what the kids would like, meaning we had many shabboses where we had hotdogs and french fries because that's memorable for them.

We have songs we sing and mommy time and shabbos treats.
I invite others and host. I don't make it about what we don't have, but what we do have.

Where are you located? Wana come for a meal?

No, it was made a part of my secular divorce, so if he didn't give it, there would be real-world consequences.
