I need a menu that can be repeated each week. Easier recipes/leftovers towards the end of the week like Wednesday and Thursday. We eat healthy foods. The recipes need to be less than 30 minutes. Any ideas?

What meals work for your family? Do you eat chicken, ground meat, fish, tuna, eggs?
I have had several successful weekly meal plans over the years but they changed when ingredients became expensive or harder to get.

My kids would not want to eat the exact menu week after week and neither would I so I buy a menu from someone but not everyone is into that. Instead you can make it easier by having a template and rotate between a few ideas.
So we do Pareve Monday and based on what's on sale we rotate between fish/tofu/a bean dish. I have a few ideas from each category a few easy salmon/tofu/bean dishes that everyone eats.
Tues and Wed is either chicken or ground beef and I like to do one crockpot dinner between those two nights.
Thurs is dairy and really easy. The rotation is usually between pizza/pasta/ and bean and cheese burritos.
I find this way gives me a structure but leaves some room to have variety too.

I'm confused, do you buy a menu or do you do as you described afterwards?
if second would love if you could share online recipes that you've liked or cookbooks that you often use. thank you!

I buy a menu but there are weeks I don't use it. Before I started buying this was my method and in some ways it still is even if its not my recipes I keep the same structure pareve meat meat dairy.
I lost a lot of cookbooks in a move and really didn't replace so many so I google a lot for what I think I want to make and pick a recipe with good reviews.

We don't eat much meat during the week. We rotate, but generally, menu is:
Sunday- leftovers or eggs and pancakes/waffles
Pizza/ fries/veggie soup Monday
Tuesday -- BBQ or falafel with salad and sweet potato fries
Wednesday- pasta and fish (vary the pasta/pierogi's, pasta-like things )
Thursday -takeout or easy chicken, rice, green beans

I have never made anything thing bad from
Smitten Kitchen
Budget Bytes
darn Delicious especially if I want something Asian
Allrecipes
For me the balance is not constantly focusing on what's for dinner while allowing myself room for variety.

I do similar to mha.
Sunday - shabbos leftovers
Monday - fish (salmon, flounder, etc with rice/couscous/petitim)
Tuesday - chicken (on bone or cutlets in oven) with rice or potatoes
Wednesday - chopped meat (meatballs and spaghetti, hamburgers, sloppy joes on rolls)
Thursday - pasta/cheese based (Mac and cheese, baked ziti, homemade pizza)
Hope this helps!

Set a basic weekly schedule. The general idea would be a guideline (that works with your family's likes) to help you have an idea in your head of what to make based on the schedule. So if it's Monday and you're panicking because you don't know what to make, you'll think to yourself oh it's Monday, we do chicken on Monday - which chicken should I do today, breaded or sweet sauce?
An idea of what this basic schedule can look like:
Sun: leftovers and salad
Mon: chicken & rice
Tues: ground meat & pasta
Wed: fish & potatoes
Thurs: the easiest that works for you
-- (shabbos chicken & soup, or frozen heat and serve pizza, or homemade mac n cheese)
So what would your weekly template look like? Based on that, we can help you make a menu.

Bump
I'm looking for a weekly basic menu so I don't have to think everyday what to make
I came up with this but seems like too much meat
Sun Schnitzel
Monday Hotdogs and fries
Tues meatballs or hamburger
Wednesday pasta and soup
Thursday chicken in oven
I'm making alot...for alot if people...
What does everyone think? How can I tweak this

personally I don't like serving fleishigs on thursday, so close to shabbos. I would maybe change the pasta meal to thursday instead.
you might also have a parve day, like beans or fish....
I also wouldn't do hot dogs so often but maybe you can switch it up with soy hot dogs but don't know that you want to do those so often either.

Ours aren't super healthy, but adapt as you see fit.
Sunday: some form of cheap meat (pepper steak, stew, etc ) and shabbos leftovers for my non- meat eaters.
Monday: chicken and rice (our favorite is with taco seasoning but we mix it up sometimes)
Tuesday: hamburgers and hotdogs and fries
Wednesday: either fresh salmon, sushi salad with canned salmon, or homemade chicken nuggets (basically baked schnitzel bites)
Thursday: make your own falafel/ egg pita.
