For supper tonight I thought I'd make a tuna casserole and a soup. I wanted to know if anyone has good tuna casserole recipes to try. (or any other delicious recipe using tuna) Thanks in advance.

I don't have it handy at the moment, maybe someone else does, but there is a seafood casserole recipe in the Complete Tightwad Gazette book that is fabulous. It's the only one I use.
Off the top of my head, it's pasta (precooked), two cans of tuna, cheese (we use cream cheese usually, about 1/2 a block), a little mayo (about 1/4 cup I think), a little milk (ditto), a can of cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper and dill. The author suggests a breadcrumb topping. We usually omit that. Bake covered at 35o for 30 mins and 5 mins uncovered.
