Suits and dickies. Knot snoods. Yes all the kids wore Children’s Place. Beeper gemachs for fathers whose wives were close to their due date. Everyone was cooking from Susie Fishbein cookbooks. Three-tone kugel (carrot, broccoli, cauliflower) was considered gourmet. That one mango craisin candied pecan salad took the Jewish world by storm.

Tape gemachs were everywhere (cassette tapes of shiurim).

If you wanted to take a video of your baby you used a camcorder.

For photos we used digital cameras then uploaded to services like shutterfly and ordered prints from there.

I remember Absolutely Nothing!
My Dd was just 20. Between pregnancy brain and newborn/nursing brain, I remember nothing at all.
Did we eat? Shop? Wear clothes? See movies? I have no idea 🤣

And I would say that a vast majority of BP, Willy, Monsey are still doing that today. Or printing it in local stores.
