I make my own breadcrumbs out of my sourdough. Comes out amazing. I toast slices of bread that wasn’t eaten from the freezer, process until fine. Add spices, parsley, sesame seeds, salt.. and put in the freezer for whenever I need. I make a big batch so It lasts.

Sounds delicious but I’m looking for east store bought..
