I want to lose around 15 lbs and feel that I need to implement exercise to lose weight and tone my flabbiness.specifically hips, thigh and buttocks.

Are there any specific exercise videos on YouTube that you recommend? Looking to do something like 10 mins daily but don't mind a longer one and do bits by bits daily.

Sarah Beth Yoga is amazing. She has tons of videos sorted by length, difficulty, type, etc. She has a program for toning also I think.

Nothing toned me like Jillian’s Michael’s 30 day shred. It’s 20 min and it’s hard. I also like “just walk” videos on YouTube. It ranges 10-30 minutes and it’s just cardio but enjoyable, can’t say you’ll be toned from it -just more in shape

Check out Chelsea maples. She has so many versions of workouts. Many are apartment friendly so no jumping on my neighbors heads which is great.

The more you go through videos and people on YouTube. You’ll find ‘your’ person/people that you like. Their style. Their vibe. Their structure. So I think you have a good starting base and you’ll find your thing!
Pilates. Weights. HIIT.
20 minutes
30 minutes
60 minutes

Etc. some days you might want a 20 minute walking exercise and the next day you’ll feel you’re up for 30 minute Hiit or 45 min weights. Or bodyweight etc
