personally the way to do it is order online and have a plumber come install it - cheapest option

Moen or Delta are the best brands for your price range.
They do make more expensive styles depending on finishes but you can get a very high quality faucet in stainless from those brands.
You really shouldn't buy anything other than those brands - most plumbers recommend them because of their very strong warranties and excellent construction.

You can't go wrong with Moen or Delta and they are well priced for the quality.
As I wrote you can get fancy Delta or Moen but you can also get relatively inexpensive from these brands for standard type of not fancy styles.
You really run the risk of getting poor quality if you go with off-brand Chinese imports
Delta's lifetime warranty - many professional plumbers like Moen for some reason. My father wasn't a professional plumber but he was very skilled and knowledgable about plumbing and he would replace faucets for the family and neighbors. 
Almost every place that sells faucets - in person or on website sells these brands. Just make sure to buy from a reputable website
All parts and finishes of the Delta faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. Delta recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair.

anyone have a link of Moen or Delta faucet they are happy with preferably from the lower pricing...

We ended up getting from island plumbing. The delta didn't fit because we had a cabinet on top of the sink so we took anothet brand, Oakland. We installed it about a half a year ago and so far BH we're happy with it.
