During the year I buy Ungers or AB gefilte fish. My kids complain that pesach fish is too rubbery. Any suggestions for the best brand?

Where are you located? I buy from a local fish place.
(We also enjoy A&B during the year and still don't like their pesach fish.)

Another vote for Freunds. We use their Pesach gefilte all year round because we love the texture.

How's Ungars pesach gefilte fish? I just found it in my freezer and want to make gefilte fish for Shavuos but not sure how it will taste.
