I usually make my cheese crepes with milk.

I just read a few recipes stating that water makes it super airy and fluffy.

what do you use?

yes, onto something with using both.

just read that milks adds the moisture and keeps it tender and the water
thins the batter.

so I guess I will use both.

I just realized I only make gluten-free crepes so that's probably why with only milk taste like scrambled eggs. It's pretty much all it's made of and some potato starch Smile
