1.5 year old tripped and hit head on the ground outside. Seemed a little tired but after nap was totally fine
The next day - still herself but last night and nap times sleeping longer than usual
Is this normal?

If the baby is sleepy, it's reason for concern. Better be safe than sorry. It's not something to take chances with.

Yes, we are.
There are serious head injuries that could take time for symptoms to develop, like a slow brain bleed and more. That is why often people are kept for observation after a suspected head injury - for the medical professionals to check for any developing signs or symptoms.
OP is right to be concerned.

OP, hope you had your child checked out and that everything is ok.

Please don't wait. This isn't something to play around with. I'd even call the doctors emergency line right now or get her to urgent care.
