We are thinking to do a brief summer vacation with our toddler in tow, unsure, where are Good, family friendly places to vacation. Preferably out of the country. Any recommendations, preferably from experience?

What does brief mean? 2 days or 5 days? Where are you located?
As a kid my family did Pennsylvania- Amish town. Crayola factory hershy factory etc
We've also done jiminey peak, finger lakes etc
