2 days at the pool

I did pool exercise for around 45 minutes for the past 2 days and I feel like my body shaped up a nit. Am I imagining things or does pool exercise really make such a difference?

I barely felt like I worked out but I did feel some burning during my exercise.

I know it's probably a funny question but I'm really surprised. I didn't think ill feel a difference so fast.

Proper swimming is full body workout, so yes it makes sense.

Any exercise is good for you. If you enjoy it, do it. The worst kind of exercise is the one you don't do.
