I'm looking for an easy to clean insulated water bottle with a spout.
The Owala FreeSip seems to be the one that fits my needs best but is pretty pricy.
Are there any cheaper ones you would recommend?

Pricy? Aren't they like $30?

Yes, to me that's a lot of money to spend on a water bottle...

I'd love to spend more like $20 if possible.

It's 100% worth it. Trust me. I've have mine for almost 3 years, it's still mold free and perfect.
The straw and chug option together is so amazing and it's the only straw bottle that feels really cleanable and is fully leak proof. Throw it in a bag type, will never ever leak or break.
I'm splurging on one for my toddler now beucase I'm so sick of buying bottles that leak and break. I was pushing it off because I am nervous she will dent the metal but at this point I feel like it's still worth it since I keep having to buy new bottles every month or two.
I have been waiting for them to relaunch tritan bottles since they are cheaper but doesn't look like it's happening now so it is what it is.
I bought it before it was popular and convinced a lot of family and friends (who all love it too now) to buy it as well. It totally deserves the hype.

Your welcome. This is something you will use every day all the time. I would splurge, an extra 10 dollars isn't alot to splurge on something you will use so so much.

Something is definitely wrong with America I'm telling you.
I bought a stainless double wall bottle 500 ml with a regular screw stopper lid in Israel at 39 NIS which is 10.51 USD and that's including VAT 17% (value added tax)
Once upon a time *everything* was (much) cheaper in the US compared to Israel.
Something is seriously wrong.

Of course you can buy some for cheaper. But they wont stay cold longer, wont last as long, and get moldy quicker in my experience.

10 dollars is a lot for those who can't afford it.

I'm in Israel FYI too. I'm sick of bottles that leak and mold. It's not cheaper if you need to buy new bottles every two months!
We spent money on 30 shekel bottles for Pesach and they all leaked and the straw didn't work properly. Do Israeli stores take back bad bottles? No. From the moment we tried them they made horrible noises and the straw didn't really work and it tasted like chemicals. 90 shekels down the drain.

Do you use open bottles or ones with straws?

I'm puzzled why you need new ones every two months.
Instead of buying new ones for Peach I would suggest the old Israeli trick that never fails:
Fill regular bottle but not all up. Freeze 24 hrs. Works pretty well if you keep it in the shadow.

My owala, plus an $8 boot or a cheaper one from amazon is the single best thing I've bought myself in years. Worth every single cent. It's under $27 for a 24 oz bottle and often on sale at Target.

I didn't know they go on sale at Target! I'll keep an eye out then.

Walmart has it for $19.98 ( 19 oz)
$23.11 for 24 oz
