I'm gonna cry
I can't keep doing this
I've tried laser and electrolysis
I can't keep doing these painful stuff forever
On my chin, upper lips, sides of my face
More and more hair everywhere Crying
I feel so self concious when going out
I'm just done. I give up. I surrender up the hairs.

Normal range or medical condition? Only asking because sometimes medication can help if it's a medical condition, but you would have to inform your doctor that you want to try a different route that will help reduce the facial hair.

After years of electrolysis and laser, I just shave every day. A little annoying, but not painful, doesn't cost money.

I've spent many years trying everything and spending thousands of hard-earned dollars. Nothing helped! Now, I'm just working on accepting myself the way I am, which is very hairy....

Doesn’t it leave a shadow making it more obvious?

Can you find another electrolysis person and try it again? You need to go consistently...weekly in the beginning. My dd and I both super hairy and had great results with electrolysis bh. But we went every week for almost a year...it takes some time till you see results.

Is it hormonal? Have you tried losing weight, dieting or other lifestyle changes?

You need to find a good electrolysis Lady . I did electrolysis for 10 years (twice a month ) to clean up the beard I got from laser . Bh after 10 years I go one every few months for like 5 hairs. Please pless don't resort to shaving !!! It sounds like you need multiple needle electrolysis

I did electrolysis for 8 months and so zero difference. At that point I stopped. It was so painful and expensive with zero improvement.
I also just shave.

Lol, I suffered from facial hair when I was under 100 pounds. Losing weight is not the solution to all the world's problems.

Nair wax strips are the best. Tried electrolysis. Nothing else helped. I wax every morning or at night except Shabbos and YT.

Hirsutism is almost always hormonal. Usually thyroid is excess androgens. You can try supplements that lower androgens, or there's a medication called spironolactone that could help

I tweeze for 1-2 hrs daily. its never enough.
electrolysis is forever bc so much that it hurts too much at some point and adds up. it would take many more years to get it all too

I take berberine, ceylon cinnamon and spearmint
usually afraid to add more things bc too much can also not be good.

I don't think Ceylon cinnamon and spearmint are anti androgens. Are you taking that for blood sugar regulation?

Thanks. I don't want to take these stuff without guidance is there a professional you (or anyone else) can reccomend that can guide me?

And have people seen noticeable change using these stuff?

Hugs to all Imas with this issue it's so HARD! I wish there'd be some invention by now to get rid of all this painlessly and permanently. Why doesn't this exist yet? I need to torture myself so much just to feel presentable.
