My oldest has severe adhd and hfasd. I'm so nervous for shavuos the days are so long and there isn't much structure (no groups, pirchei, etc.) Any tips or advice? Bh we are out for one of the lunch meal and he does well with the people we will be with. But I'd really love for it to not be a miserable two days, not to mention my other 2 kids that will also be challenging as well. Help and advice please!!

Go to the library for your other kids and get a bunch of new books for them.
Try to go out on walks, park, visit people weather permitting.
If you have little kids put them in bed close to regular schedule.

I wrote this for rosh Hashanah but most of it can apply to any YT (should I write a separate article specific to shavuos?)
