Cut of meat on top of French roast

Hi. I was by the butcher today and he offered me a piece of meat that he said is the top part of the French Roast. He said it’s moist and juicy and called it tbr “Yerushalayim roast”. I can’t find any recipes and am hoping this isn’t just a renamed chuck roast (which I can’t stand).

Any meat connoisseurs that can help me. It was on “special”

It’s also called a brick roast. Tastes like French roast.
