What do I do with a chicken roast?

I bought a chicken roast (in the net). How do I cook it? Does it go with a sauce?
I got it for Pesach and didn't have time to cook it, and want to use it now. So any ideas would be really appreciated.

Never made or even saw one of those but going to assume it's similar to a netted turkey roast, which I have made. Rub with seasoning of choice and a little oil and put on rack in roasting pan. I inserted a thermometer into the center and baked at 325 until it reached temp. I think a thermometer is really important with poultry roast. Don't want raw chicken but really easy to overdo and dry out.

I boil it in water for 3 hours. Cool the roll overnight in fridge, then remove the net & slice.
I serve it with mushroom sauce.

If it’s dark chicken , whisk had a recipe years ago called Pastrami stuffed chicken roast. I make it all the time . But it has to be a non pickled dark roast .

I believe the recipe is on kosher.com now
