And reheat it before serving? Or does it have to be fresh?

Honestly it takes about 5 mins per side in the grill pan so it’s almost as long as reheating
Just make it fresh
Some salt and pepper
Let it rest 5 mins and then slice
Yum

Oyster shouldn't be reheated
It's best fresh or room temperature
If needed it'll be great done a day before
Just grill or broil 5-6 per side, let cool and place in fridge uncut
Remove from fridge like 2 hours before serving
cut into thin slices

Do any of you bake it instead of grilling?

Thanks
I don’t have a grill pan. I broil it in the oven so I need to do that before Yom Tov…

Can I put it in a warm oven for a few minutes? I think the oven will be set to 200.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to make it on yomtov? Maybe I can leave my oven on 350 and bake it instead of broiling it?

No I wouldn't it'll dry out the meat , just remove from fridge 2-3 hours before planning to cut and serve and leave on countertop
