Every week I cook in 9 x 13 pans. I don't like using disposables because I feel like it's a waste of money and bad for the environment, so I use my metal 9 x 13 pans. They were all good at one time, they were non-stick. Now they just don't work any more in the non-stick area. What can I use that's easy to clean? I burn things sometimes and they just don't clean well after that. What would you suggest?

I'd rather use oil or spray on a regular pan than use non-stick. The chemicals they coat it with are very unhealthy.

Ok, so what do you suggest? A brand?

I can suggest lining the pan with parchment paper first, though. It does cost, but it's more environmentally friendly.

I love glass! Try pyrex. Kugel crust is unbeatable in a Pyrex.

Glass is nice in that you can keep it clean. You simply rub baking soda on the burnt parts until the burn comes off. It's cheap, too and even sometimes nice enough to bring to the table. The only thing is storing is a pain and they are heavy.

I agree - glass I great, but heavy as tamiri said.
sometimes I even line my glass "pan" with foil before I put chicken in it to make clean up easier.
