As a sales agent or as a secretarial position? Location? Highschool graduate or a college graduate?

Graduate of what?
HS?
College?
A billing or insurance course?

Also where matters-the real world or Lakewood? (Lakewood is like $70/hour with just HS, the real world might be $22/hour with a college degree. Also is she married, as married woman get paid more for the same job as well in some communities.

Lakewood offices do NOT pay $70 for a girl that just graduated high school & is starting her 1st job. No way. Women that are working for years are barely making that amount.

Yes and no. Until recently salaries for new grads were crazy high bec places were desperate.
The demand and salary have both dropped a lot. So things are changing.
