What is the best way to rewarm frozen potato kugel to serve on a Friday afternoon?

Heat in a hot oven, like 400, tightly covered. After a half hour, 45 minutes, lower to 375, 350 for maybe another hour.

Must got in a hot oven, 400 I do for approx 45 mins covered, I feel the foil until hot to touch. Uncover for 5-10 mins.
Taste like fresh from the oven

For Friday of my DD's Shabbos Sheva Brachos, I made pans of potato kugel in advance and put them in the freezer. Friday morning I took them out, poured 1/2 cup water over each, covered, and popped them in the oven at 250. By later afternoon, I had delicious soft overnight kugel to put out for my guests.

Pour hot water over to cover and bake on preheated oven set to 350 uncovered

I've never poured hot water over it, but I've put it in the oven at 8ish on 225 and let it warm up until 3ish, tastes really good
