I’m hiring my 18 year old neighbor to run a pool party for my daughter who is turning 13. The party will run for an hour and a half. This person is a lifeguard and will do water games with the girls, set up the food and clean up after. There will be under ten guests. She’s also going to plan a backup activity in case it rains.
What is a fair rate to pay her (she’s not sure). Thanks

Really depends on where you live.
I would say 300/250 (We pay around 18$ an hour for babysitting, 50$ a day for in between camp for context)

I'm thinking how much I would have done it for, and I think around 250 would be worth it. She's running a whole program for alot of excited girls..
300 is alot, but yea...somewhere between that
