would love to treat myself to a nice carb free lunch after usually making my own every day.

Joseph & David has v nice healthy stuff. Most of the salads will have a scoop if brown rice or quinoa, I usually leave that for DH!

But there are also a tuna platter & salmon patty over salad.

They also have a variety of salmon meals, some have a little sweet potato but not all. You can see the menu on-line.

Also a lower carb almond butter muffin or bar.
