What would you go to trader Joe’s for ?
I’ve never been to one and curious if it’s worth all the hype.
I live in Canada, would have to travel over the border about 2 hours. Is it worth it?

I wouldn't say it's worth traveling 2 hours for but love to go! They have great stuff and it's a fun shopping experience.

I get spices, lots of snacks, unsweetened instant oatmeal, popsicles, frozen vegetables, lox, the pareve boursin cheese, their nuts and dried fruits are better priced. Nut butter is a good price. This is just off the top of my head.

I am nit sure traveling 2 hours makes sense unless you wanted to make a fun day out of it wherever it is located.
My brother lived in Vancouver and my mother would send care packages of some of the unusual stuff there.

I would never travel that far for it… plus if you happen to keep chalav Yisrael and/or pas Yisrael a lot of their stuff isn’t for you… as for the rest, nothing really that you can’t get elsewhere.

I live in Canada also, and travel about once per year to go to TJ. It is a fun outing!
We love the marshmallows (seasonal) and spices!
And my GF daughter likes all the different GF snacks.
However, in USD, stuff isn't cheap!
