It's just DH and I for Shabbos this week and I don't want leftovers going into the 9 days so tonight we're having soup and then stir fry with chicken, noodles, and veggies and tomorrow we're having a grilled chicken salad.

This week the theme is poverty
First course: chili I found in the freezer and chips
Second course veggie soup of some variety it’s from the soup gemach
Brisket and kugel left overs from yeshiva end of the year celebrations
Shabbos day:
Eggs and vegetables
Chulent- that I made this week - pareve- mostly lentils and rice- and schnitzel breaded in stale cereal (gourmet maple pecan shnitzel I call it)
