You sound very devoted. I hope it all works out.
With my stubborn kids, I just continue to nurse them when they want. They eventually grow out of it and we save both of us a lot of tears.
That might not work for you and I hope it works out for you as gently as possible.

Thank you. I appreciate your advice. I am nursing her now, we were both emotionally wrecked. And she flat out wont nap in the crib, so its a lot.So it will just be a slow process.

I feel for you/ your baby.

My baby is a bit older, shes 18 months old and I still nurse to sleep, and to nap, usually takes only 5 -10 min. And she still sleeps in my bed.

All my kids did at 2, I transition them to a bed.
I dont even own a crib)

Does ur 18mo sleep well? Bc mine never did. And that's the problem. Or I wouldn't be either.

Bh she does sleep well.

Its what they get used to.

She stays asleep while we have the lamp open, shower, talk.. she usually does wake up once around 1, nurse her a few min and she falls right back asleep

Right.

Mine was waking every 1-2hrs. The whole time she's been born. It's been a nightmare. Wish she had slept well. Bc sleep training is also awful in a new way.
