Mainly mascara and lips. How do people do this? My makeup doesn’t look good without mascara and somehow everyone has makeup on on shabbos is there a trick or heter I don’t know about?
Any advice/recommendations/insights appreciated!

Mascara is the easiest thing to last throughout Shabbos

I use waterproof mascara, a heated eyelash curler, and a water based lip stain under a regular lipstick.

Waterproof mascara before Shabbos and tons of setting spray. Eyeliner is the same but the eyeliner has only have a 75% success rate, but I’ll take what I can get.
Lips I have not mastered yet.
Something if I put primer on my lips and use a long lasting lipstick, spray with setting spray.Eat dinner very carefully, brush my teeth super carefully and not well. Sometimes I can get to shul looking 1/2 decent.

My mascara and lipstick are pretty much the only things that really stay on. I wish I could add some bronzer and then I’d feel a lot prettier. I use my regular mascara and go over it with a bit of waterproof mascara. I use Static lipstick and it’s still on Sunday morning!

I use Maybelline, but I find that in general, mascaras last longer if they are less heavy. Sometimes I use a disposable wand that applies a thinner layer.

Sorry your makeup doesn't last but don't assume anyone is doing makeup on shabbos
Makeup just works with my skin. I don't use any specialty products and I always have a full face by Havdalah.
Please don't assume!!

I start with mascara primer, then a coat of wander beauty unlashed and go over it with maybelline waterproof.

I've tried Essence lash princess and waterproof and it's very good to the extent that I feel like trying to take it off pulls out my eyelashes so I actually use Blink- it's waterproof in a different way.

I use the Dior mascara primer, and pat McGrath mascara. I find it stays on perfectly all shabbos if I don’t rub my eyes during the night lol
For lips I use Chanel longwear lipstick. The gloss comes off right away but the lip color stays on for 3 day yomtovs for me, shabbos is easy
Set my face with Mac prime +

Use eyeshadow primer and setting spray. Waterproof eyeliner. I don’t have a solution for lips, I actually don’t like how the lip stains look the next day. Sometimes kinda gross
