I am frustrated because I always bought Target brand tissues, under the assumption that brand name is always more expensive. Maybe it used to be that way, but not anymore.

Best is to wait until Kleenex is on sale at Costco and then it can be a penny a tissue sometimes, I believe. I've gotten great deals on Amazon and in Bingo sometimes on Kleenex. I wait til I see a good deal and then stock up big time til the next deal.
