I am usually all into shiurim etc. Lately going through a LOT physically & emotionally.
I feel like I CANNOT read or watch one word about churban, holocaust, inquisition, Oct 7.
I saw a clip of ppl tearing kriah in Gush Katif & I just could not...
So Geulah Summit for women on Torah anytime, that was good, positive.
Please suggest what can be watched that will not make me cry!

I know that but if I feel like I'm about to sink into a serious depression, that'a no less than a choleh who can eat! I am allowed to not cry!

Maybe find a video of some beautiful pictures of Israel. Or a nature documentary of Israel. That would make me cry, but in a good way.
