I'm sure you don't need me to tell you about mashed potatoes with sauteed onions, nor do you need me to tell you about roasted potato wedges or dices in the oven, or french fries.

Roast potatoes : Mix olive oil , garlic powder, parsley , chili flakes, lemon juice , salt & paprika . Cut potatoes into small pieces. Coat w/ mixture & Roast @425 till ready

Mashed potatoes are the best. Getting bored of it though because the dairy hating people had it a few times last week

Do you have red potatoes? I love to rub whole red potatoes with oil and season with coarse salt & pepper (prick with tines of a fork) and bake until done.
Then use a metal spatula to smash each one down on a cookie sheet. Brush the smashed skins with some more oil, raise heat and roast until crunchy on outside.
Crispy cracked potatoes.
