AFAIK Auction Mart doesn't do it anymore. I went to Coral in the Genuine Shop and she couldn't do it on the spot (like Auction Mart used to) so I left the watch there. Well, when I came to pick it up I was told it cost 15 bucks, now mind you the watch didn't cost much more than that. I was very upset (originally she told me it'll cost 7). I paid it but since then I've needed another battery changed and I don't know where to go. I'm wondering if perhaps the shoe repair might be able to do it?

It's pretty easy to do it yourself buy a 5 dollar kit on Amazon

I've had it done many times on the spot at the Genuine shop. Never had to leave it there.

I actually tried going that route. I watched a video and bought a special knife to open the back. But it couldn't do it.

I ended up doing it at the Jewelry Showroom because this was closest to where I am staying. They charged $15 to replace the battery.
