My household skills are a disaster. I have ADHD, mental health issues, and a few chronic (physical) health conditions.

I hired a personal organizer / ADHD coach to help me go through the junk in my house and reorganize everything to work better for me.

However, making meals is still something I can't really seem to do well. Throw in some picky kids and allergies, and it is even harder. I also moved to Israel where a lot of the convenience ingredients you can find in America just don't exist.

Is there something like a personal cooking coach (like a personal organizer)? Or something like Prep and Rally for Israel? Or some other idea I haven't thought of that would literally walk me through everything for a significant period of time?

Thank you!

Every motse shabbes write down ur meal plan for the week. Make a list of the meals ur kids like/enjoy/works for ur family .
For example
Sunday-shabbes leftovers
Monday- shnitsel, baked potatoes and green beans
Tuesday- minced meat , cuscus and mushrooms
Wednesday- chicken and rice in the oven
Thursday- Pizza
Friday- Rolls and spreads
Make an order for chicken etc enough for a month put in ur freezer. When the order arrives, bread all ur chicken cutlets and put it in the freezer , that way u can just pull it out on shnitsel nights without having all the mess.
Make a list of grocery shopping that will last u for a week. We do for example on wednesdays, like this u have all the ingredients at home to cook on thursday for shabbes .
Make most of ur suppers in the oven that way u have no pots to wash. If u know already the night before what ur making u can make sure u have all the ingredients at home and just prep everything while ur kids have breakfast. Good luck!

I used to have a meal prep company. For some ppl I would create menu plans and shopping lists. If you would be interested in something like that, feel free to send me a pm.

I think you need to create a master list of meals your family likes. Then have a rotation. I do beef on Mondays, milchig Tuesdays, chicken on Wednesday day and fish or Pareve on Thursday.

I find the American mentality of prepping meals for a week doesn't work in Israel because we don't have Sundays!
I try to cut up fruits/ veggies/ prepare grains and a side of salmon on friday but because I'm cooking for shabbos I don't always have as much time

I make my list on Tuesday, submit my order on Wednesday, unpack and season all my chicken and meat, and freeze them so they're ready to cook.
Motzei shabbos I make pasta and rice for week.
Each morning I take out protein to thaw and bake it when I get home. Warm side dish and cut veggies.
