Design Little Girls Room

Hello! Looking for some design savvy imas to help me decorate my little girls room on a budget. The room is a square.
Wall 1 - the door, 2 double closets
Wall 2 - beds and night stand against that wall
Wall 3 - Windows
Wall 4 - empty
The door of the room is at the end of wall one, closest to wall 4. The closets/door basically cover the full wall. The windows cover about 80% of the width of the wall. The beds are wood, mostly white with some light natural wood. They are a modern design and I want to keep the room fun but also clean. Current paint color is white and we're not painting in the near future. Sheets are mostly white with some grey and very light purplish pink. I can diy simple things.
I was thinking maybe some wall decals like tiny flowers all over wall to mimic wallpaper? Or I can diy giant paper flowers but I don't know if that will fit in with the vibe I'm going for. Basically, I know what I don't like but I don't know what I do like LOL

I would move the bed and furniture to the window wall and possibly install wall sconces.
Also, rug and a tippee or if she’s older a bean bag or homework hutch. Linens and tassels as well as accessories could all be from h and m or other home stores that have pretty things but not too expensive that you shouldn’t want to replace after a long time.
DIY a small paint job, for a touch of pizzaz just tape down the walls edges and paint the ceiling in a coordinating color but not the same matchy matchy and get a good quality classic (since it’s there for forever) light fixture (that goes well with your sconces at the bed). You can also do soft sheer drapes over the reg blinds but neither have to cost too much.
