You probably did nothing wrong! Don’t go down that rabbit hole! Especially if it happens only in one setting then it is the external environment
You can decide to learn and grow from the painful experience without blaming yourself which is disempowering false and not productive

I had very similar story couple of summers back and was so shaken from it, I landed in therapy that year. I still ask myself what happened and what I did wrong.
I do know that going w o company only added to the being left alone....but it wasn't the actual reason. Now in the month of forgiveness this brought up some of the pain and confusion again | Why should it have been you?

Were the women in the bungalow snobby? I wonder how this is in real life
After marriage I lived in my husband's place and people there would say hi but also no interest in real friendship
