Any tips for having calmer mornings and after school routines? My kids leave one after another and then I go straight to work. My husband leaves earlier. It gets so stressful … and then after school as well. any tips?

Do whatever you can to prep the night before. Lay out clothes, pack lunches, put out breakfast supplies, etc.
