What are some pareve lunch/snack ideas for my almost 1 year old to send to a nanny for 5 hours a day?
Already doing cut up fruit, pretzels, rice cakes, puree pouches but looking for something filing that doesn't need to be heated.

Why not use stainless steel insulated thermos? They keep food warm for hours.
All the foods you Listed are snacks to me
Pareve:
Rice and beans
Pareve soup
Scrambled eggs
Veggie nuggets or burgers
Pasta with marinara sauce
Salmon
Tuna croquettes
Frittata
Alternately there’s sandwiches : tuna, egg salad, lox, etc

Tuna patties
Pasta and tuna salad
My kids weren't fussy and ate everything hot or cold. I'd make scrambled eggs in the morning and they would eat it for lunch from the fridge or room temp
