Just found a few closed bottles of olive oil in back of a cabinet that is over a year past “best by” date… does anyone know if it’s still safe/good to use? TIA.

You should be able to smell if it goes rancid. They would probably be fine when you open them, but if you dont use much olive oil, might go rancid faster once opened.
