Any way to know which Kosher Honey (with Cjassidish Hechsher) is the best quality?
Which brand do you buy and why?

Here’s a trick- check the honey if it says kosher l’pesach like that you know it does not have corn syrup mixed into it

I don't buy with a heimish hechsher but I think I'd trust Rorie's honey.

Some say yes, some say no. From my personal experienceI would say yes - I worked w a beekeeper (non-Jew) who sold honey, he said even if it's raw homey it can be heated to a certain extentto liquefy it, and who knows what equipment they use for that. Non-raw honey is heated even hotter, even more potential issues.
To answer OP's question, I get whatever is raw and local, raw because it retains more antifungal/antibacterial benefits that way; local because that has been proven to help with environmental allergies.
