Florida kosher villas. We had great experiences with them! Many (or all) of the houses do offer a sukkah for a fee. It's a little last minute though...

You want Orlando check villatel. Beautiful houses with lots of fun kid stuff and private pool, well maintained, shul on site and can get sukkah thru ota
