What are the options for women-only exercise in FR/5T area? Are there any gyms with separate hours, exercise classes, basketball games, pool?

FIT studio is all women’s classes - it’s in Cedarhurst
Training Ground in Far Rockaway also has women’s classes
Otherwise no real gyms anymore with workout equipment + women’s only classes
LA Fitness has a women’s room with machines weights etc
