It’s so hard!! My daughter was lk tht from 3 months old
I add miralax to her bottle / orange juice in the morning

my toddler had this for a long time, even with miralax daily,
stopping milk bottles + toilet training completely solved the issue

Glycerin suppository for temporary relief in the moment but the constipation will need to be addressed from the top down. I mix myralax into applesauce
