Anyone else? I recertified recently and I was suppose to get a letter on the mail with the results but I didn't. When I called in they said that it might still be processing and ill get all my money when its approved. Does this make any sense? Anyone else had this? I kind of need the money now...

I had this issue after I recertified, turns out there was something they had a question about but instead of reaching out to me they just didn’t give me my funds. I went to the local office and asked what was going on, and someone came down to tell me what was going on. She gave me a form to sign and I gave it back, and about 2 weeks later my funds came through
