Maybe it was yesterday, but it could have been the day before that I was reorganizing my basement chest freezer, and I accidentally removed a bag of challahs that I made for Y"T. It came to room temperature, of course. I noticed the bag this morning, and I immediately refroze them.
My question is this: how bad will these taste?

From yesterday, maybe ok. Two days ago...wouldn't be very good.

Warm them in the oven right before the meal, they’ll be fine
