I have the same name as my mother's sister, we are both named after the same great aunt who was nifter in the holocaust.
If we have another boy he will most likely be named the same name as DH brother as that was my grandfathers name and I really want to use it.
My sons second name is the same as a different brother of DH. In fact his first name is after DH brother who was nifter and the Rav said to add another name, we couldn't think of one so asked the Rav he gave example, he gave 2 names one that is used often when naming after someone nifter young but DH has that as his second name and the other one is a nice name that goes well with the first name and was from that week's Parsha which we used and DH brother shared the name.
(DH is a little hesitant to use my grandfathers name because all the names are his brothers)
