Where in Lakewood can I buy a talk only phone and plan that's not too pricey?
Is it even possible to get a talk only phone that can play music?
Any phones for under $100?

I've bought on eBay tag friendly phones
You can tag it to remove text
I've used Tello for phone service which allows you to turn off texting as well in your account.

DD's cell phone is $72 for the year. Unlimited talk and text. Very limited data. The phone was not so cheap, but that was because dd has a tendency to be hard on phones, so we wanted a strong one.
I think her service is U.S. Mobile. It was recommended to us by someone in lakewood who works with flip phones and making them kosher.
