My family is picky and wont eat it baked from the freezer? any alternatives to making it from scratch fresh erev shabbos?

Yes and it comes out perfect. I used to do it when I didn’t have time for it to
Cook and pack away. I would put it in the over straight from the freezer and kugel would be like fresh

yes - freeze raw - put into preheated oven straight from freezer and bake 2 hours. I find the loaf pans work best. tastes fresh!
