I've found R' Shmuel Meir Katz to be very knowledgeable and meikil where possible.

Rabbi stien. He is very knowledgeable. In all my years of sending shaylos, there was only one time where it ended up being a problem.

do you get makkos? whenever I have a problamatic bedika, rav sometimes sends me to bedika lady and she always finds a makka so can still go to mikva...
